Terms & Conditions
Parental Responsibility
Parents and carers remain fully responsible for their children at all times during Little Music Stars sessions. We ask that children are supervised throughout the class to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Missed Sessions
If you are unable to attend a class during your 5 or 6-week block, you may arrange a make-up session within the same term, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to check space in an alternative class.
Missed sessions cannot be carried over into a new term.
Class Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Little Music Stars needs to cancel a class (for example due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances), we will always aim to offer a suitable alternative. This may include:
• Adding an additional class at the end of term
• Offering a space in a holiday session
• Offering a discount code for the next term
If none of these options are suitable, a refund will be offered for the cancelled session.
Refund Policy
When booking a full term, your space is secured for the duration of that block. As class sizes are limited to maintain a high-quality experience, fees cannot be refunded or transferred if you later realise you are unable to attend certain dates within the term.
If you decide not to complete the remainder of a booked term, outstanding sessions are non-refundable. (Please refer to the Missed Sessions section regarding make-up options.)
Refunds will only be issued if at least one week’s notice is given before the start of a new term. After this point, refunds will not be provided except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Little Music Stars.
Food During Class
To help maintain a focused and enjoyable environment, we kindly ask that children are not given food during the session, as this can be distracting and messy.
Breastfeeding and bottle feeding are, of course, always welcome.
Illness Policy
If your child has a high temperature, sickness, diarrhoea, or is generally unwell, we kindly ask that you stay home and allow them to recover. This helps protect all families attending our classes.
If you provide sufficient notice and there is availability in another session, we will always do our best to arrange a make-up class within the same term.
If your child becomes unwell on the morning of class, refunds will not be issued, but we will try to accommodate you in another session where possible, simply contact us and we will guide you through your options.
Respectful Environment
Our classes are designed for children to fully enjoy and engage with the music and activities. While we love a warm and friendly atmosphere, we kindly ask that adult conversation is kept to a minimum during structured parts of the session, so that all children can benefit from the experience.
